My go-to protein smoothie

So smooth, it’ll repetitively ask you if you need a spot at the gym while watching you squat…

I swear by a Sunday morning smoothie bowl or pancake stack. Basically, I have a penchant for alliteration and it extends into edible items.

This smoothie recipe is my absolute go-to. It’s so easy and only contains 6 ingredients.

The basic recipe:

Like most things I make, this is very slapdash.

Two handfuls of frozen berries – I always get Aldi’s bag
1 – 2 scoops of Free Soul Vanilla Whey (Use FSHVROSE for 15% off!)
1 banana – half in the smoothie, half for toppings
2 big tbsp 0% yoghurt
100ml Milk ish

BLITZ!

So smooth, it’ll repetitively ask you if you need a spot at the gym while watching you squat…

Then comes the fun part – toppings!

I honestly have everything on mine.

Fruit, seeds, nuts, peanut butter, syrups, chocolate – anything.

The regular additions are my banana stars with the left over banana, more frozen berries, peanut butter, Skinny Food Co. Banoffee syrup, pumpkin seeds and almonds. But feel free to go wild.

My vanilla berry protein smoothie, topped with banana, kiwi, skinny foods banoffee syrup, peanut butter, mixed berries, pumpkin seeds, almonds and Plamil Foods SoFree dark choc chunks.
